What is the difference between an app and a website?
A website reaches everyone without them downloading anything; an app brings back the customer who already came. An app earns its place when your business runs on repeat orders, bookings, loyalty, or notifications that need to arrive fast.
Is the app published under my name?
Yes. The App Store and Google Play accounts are opened in your name, not ours, and we handle the publishing, the store assets and the follow-up.
Native or web-based?
Native, for iOS and Android. That means faster, real push notifications, and access to the device camera, location and other hardware features. We can build you a web app if you want one, but we will tell you plainly why we do not recommend it: it cannot be listed on the App Store or Google Play, so you lose the biggest place people find you; push notifications are weak on Android and barely work on iOS, which is usually the whole reason to want an app; access to the camera, files and offline use is limited; and it keeps feeling like a website inside a frame. If budget is the reason, a website with a booking system is a more honest spend than a web app — build the native one when it earns its cost.
Can it connect to my website or existing system?
Yes. If we built your site, we connect them to the same data. If you already run a point-of-sale, inventory or payment system, we integrate with it so you are not running two systems.
