These terms cover your use of wearekimo.com. They are not the terms of any project — those live in the written proposal we send you.

The site. Everything here is offered as information about what WEAREKIMO CREATIVE & DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (We Are KIMO, CR 200483-1, Kingdom of Bahrain) does. We keep it accurate and current, but nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a result. Figures shown for published posts are the platform’s own numbers at the time we recorded them, and they move.

Our work. The text, design, code, photography and video on this site belong to WEAREKIMO CREATIVE & DIGITAL SOLUTIONS or to the clients who commissioned them. Do not copy, republish or reuse them without asking us first. You are welcome to link to any page here.

Client work. What we show here is content we produced and had already published on our own channels, shown as a record of our work. Any name or brand appearing in it remains the property of its owner.

Your enquiry. Send us only information you have the right to send. Do not use the form for anything unlawful or abusive.

Availability. We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

Projects. Scope, price, timeline, ownership of deliverables and payment terms are agreed in writing for each project before work starts. Those written terms govern the work — not this page.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
